Check the work.

A validator re-scores submitted results on its own GPU and signs a verdict with its own key. A result is confirmed only when the validator’s score agrees with the miner’s within a stated tolerance.

What validators do

Every result is re-scored by a second machine before anyone is paid. A validator’s record is public too: its re-score error by miner and by GPU model.

Guarding the money

A payout batch is verified and signed by two independent checkers, on separate machines with separate keys, before the Solana program will mint any LIFE. The program also enforces a cap per batch and per day, whatever anyone signs. At the start these checkers are run by the project; letting outside validators join the signer set is planned.

How validators are paid

At launch a validator is paid the same LIFE as the miner for each confirmed result it verified, for up to 2 validators per result, and never for a result of its own wallet. When DOGMA launches, part of every new DOGMA is also shared among active validators: a validator is active when it verified at least 3 results and at least a quarter of the day’s confirmed results.

Not paid yet on devnet. The devnet trial computes validator pay but does not pay it. LIFE on devnet has no value.

Joining

Joining as a validator is planned to open with mainnet. To take part in the devnet trial, message the team privately on Discord.
